πάντα ῥεῖ – panta rhei – everything flows
At Simplicius, we recognise that organisations operate in a constant state of flux. Transformation can no longer be seen as a one-off process but merely as the first phase of an ever-progressing journey of change, adjusting target operating models, organisation structures, systems and processes to adapt continuously to (and hopefully anticipate) the evolving external landscape. Simplicius hopes to be your trusted guide in that journey.

About

We take our name from Simplicius of Cilicia, one of the last of the Neoplatonist philosophers, writing in the sixth century AD.
He is credited with having coined the aphorism panta rhei or everything flows, which encapsulates the philosophical doctrine of the pre-Socratic philosopher, Heraclitus (c520-460 BC). He posited that the universe is in a state of constant change, which he illustrated by the metaphor that one cannot step into the same river twice.
